(Review) LG Optimus One (P500) with Android 2.2 (Froyo) : Part 2

Assalamualaikum.

Seperti yang telah dijanjikan, ini dia sambungan review untuk LG P500 part 1. huhu. Saya dah mention dulu yang handset ni kalau di kalangan geng-geng Android yang lain, handest ni la yang paling murah. Affordable la. Tiadalah harga mencanak-canak macam iPhone 4. Tapi handset ni memang tak boleh banding ngan produk Apple. Untuk pengetahuan, harga untuk handphone ni adalah dalam RM800+.

Ok. Berbalik kepada topik asal. Di sini, saya akan tulis review sendiri berdasarkan pengalaman menggunakan handset ni sejak sebulan yang lalu.

LG Optimus One ni agak kecil dan ringan berbanding Smartphone yang lain dan design cover bateri handset ni ada bentuk curve kat sisi kiri dan kanan. Jadi, kalau nak pegang agak selesa la sikit.

Selain itu, Optimus One ni datang dengan butang menu, home, back dan search jadi tak la bergantung sangat dengan butang touchscreen yang kadang2 boleh bikin sakit hati.

Optimus One ni dilengkapkan dengan kamera 3MP. Tapi kekurangannya, takde flash.

Seperti kebanyakkan Android lain, microSD dia mesti kat belakang cover bateri. Jadi, kalau nak cabut microSD tu, kena bukak dulu cover belakang Optimus One.

Ni user interface Optimus One. Ada addition touchscreen buttons untuk dialer, contacts, menu, messaging ngan web ngan lain2 link button yang korang boleh customize ngan sentuh skrin sahaja. Seperti kebiasaan, kalau dah nama Android, banyak apps yang boleh kita download. Handset dah ready ngan Facebook, Twitter, Google Talk, Youtube dan banyak lagi.

Optimus One boleh detect Wi-Fi kalau kawasan tu ada Wi-Fi. Umpamanya, McDonald. Selain tu, handset ni boleh share internet connection. Dalam bahasa mudah, korang boleh buat handset ni macam modem internet. Part yang 'Tethering & portable hotspot tu', dengan syarat handset korang ada sambungan internet. Korang pakai sim broadband kat handset ni ke. Optimus One akan secara automatik menggantikan modem pendrive broadband.

Ok, ni yang tak best. Packaging dia sangat menghampakan. Ibarat korang beli handset 100ringgit punya packaging. Abaikan harga tu ye. Time kasih.

Untuk pengetahuan, walaupun samrtphone ni guna Android 2.2 yang dah support flash player 10.2, tapi spesifikasi handset ni memang tak cukup untuk guna flash player sebab tak menepati Adobe's minimum requirement yang mana perlukan at least 1Ghz processor. Tapi handset ni 600 Mhz je. Secara logik, memang tak boleh guna la Adobe flash player kat handset ni even handset ni guna OS Android 2.2 (Froyo).

Jadi kesimpulannya, handset ni ada pros and cons la jugak. Jadi, kalau anda pun berminat dan baru berjinak2 ngan Android ni. Banyak2 kan la membaca review2 orang lain yang dah purchase handset tu sebelum korang pun beli. Setakat ni, saya masih puas hati la ngan Optimus One ni walaupun banyak lagi kekurangannya tapi memang padan la juga untuk harga yang telah ditawarkan untuk handset ni.

Stroke of a Pencil

Hi.

Huarghhhh.

It is 4.11 in the morning and I still up with the blogging. haha. Yes, I'm pretty exhausted editing this blog to the way you see it right now. I change the template from my old template since I'm not happy with it. Boring. The image below is how it looks before I edited this blog this morning until now. How many hours was that? haha.

Now, I'm quite satisfied with what I have done so far to my blog. I put the title as ~~Stroke of a Pencil~~ since I'm already out of ideas on what to put there. Ideas guys? and if you notice, I put the nuffnang ads above the header as required, I found out how to do it during this looong editing night and it was pretty simple.

Most bloggers put it below the header since the blogspot's dashboard design does not allowed the code to be put above the header. Therefore, they just drag the code below the header under the Design menu. However, you can adjust it by reading this link or you can just simply follow a much easier tutorials here. I highly recommend this one.

Other than that, I added the application for the pages like the one in my blog. I meant the one at the bottom of this blog before Categories. Nice isn't it? You can easily added this to your blog as simple as A, B, C. Read the tutorials here. Ok then, I need to sleep now. haha.

(Review) LG Optimus One (P500) with Android 2.2 (Froyo) : Part 1

Hi, guys. It has been long since I was obsessed with new handset on market.

The phone that I used right now was already among the ‘lame’ kind of phone (hahaha). Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. Indeed, it version can be updated from time to time. Up till now, you can update the software version to 52.0.007. But still, it was far to be compared with Smartphone with OS Android which has developed so much in just less than 3 years.

Ya, I admit this kind of Smartphone were expensive to begin with. But there’s one you can buy at affordable price!! LG Optimus One (P500) with the latest Android 2.2 (Froyo). I would say, LG brand is not in comparison with iPhone and BlackBerry, or Nokia at least. But, the OS this phone came with is more than enough to captivate me (hehe).

Look at the design. very sleek and interesting.
